Our engagement is built on reciprocal integrity. Clients are required to supply complete, accurate, and timely documents (such as general ledger summaries, invoice registers, bank files, and identification cards) to ensure accuracy in taxation returns, company incorporation procedures, and financial statements preparation. QraftTAX will not be held responsible for statutory penalties or filing delays resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or late data submissions by the client.
2. Scope of Advisory Services
The contents of this website and reports drafted by our firm (including MIS summaries and CMA projections) represent professional financial guidance. They do not constitute legal or judicial guarantees of financing approvals or absolute tax relief. All statutory filings depend on state/federal regulatory approvals.
3. Intellectual Property
